DD has now decided that she would rather have Marisol than Elizabeth and I'm wondering if Marisol's curls hold up over time.

I've only had Marisol for 3 months but her curls are still bouncy and beautiful! She has a very good wig - I would highly recommend her.

Same here. My DD has only had Marisol since January but she brushes and styles her hair nearly every day and her curls remain intact. She even put cornrows in her hair one time! I think she has the best wig that I've seen. There are little short hairs throughout the wig so you can style it in many different ways without worrying about an ugly wig showing through. I am actually STILL trying desperately to bond with Marisol so I "play" with her a lot. I've had her since the end of February/early March and her hair is LOVELY.

Too lovely, in fact; I think my problem is...I'm jealous.

(Does being jealous of your doll's hair mean you've CROSSED OVER INTO THE BAD PLACE????)

I'm thinking the problem is she's the only AGT in a world of historicals, so I'm hoping when my new AGT gets here she'll relax a bit (me too!).

Same here. DD does Marisol's hair all the time and it still looks great. She plays with her much more tha Molly and I think it's because of her hair. I was wondering about Elizabeth's pin curls too. I know people have trouble with Felicity's so I can imagine Elizabeth losing her curl. Let us know what you and your DD decide.

mollymom...try some of the other historical clothing on your Marisol. That's what I do...and I love it. I'm thinking some of the new Elizabeth and Felicity clothing would look great on her....

DD put Samantha's meet outfit on Marisol and she looks great in it. Personally, I think with her coloring, Marisol looks good in just about everything.
